You have remapped it before with the previous owner.He put a front mount which was supplied by you and you remapped it.The owner then added a decat blitz nur exhaust so it needs a remap, could any damage occur whilst its not had a remap? 		Subject: Enging Tuner || New Question Sender's Name: Ross Thomas Question: Hi, I have carried out quite a big project converting an Impreza 2.0 GX into a WRX. This included new wiring loom, ECU, fuel pump and obviously engine. A few problems, like the paddle clutch i was told can take up to 350 bhp slips and the fuel pump runs all the time and i get the engine warning light coming on showing fault code p1230 (fuel pump controller) when i have sorted the clutch and got the money im defo going to book it in with you for a remap. Do you have any ideas as to what to check for the fault code as im sure its overfuelling due to when driving hard it stinks of fuel! Cheers see you soon Answer: Hi Ross - I'd be inclined to check out the fuel pump relay, and associated wiring. Assuming you took everything from one car, it should work the same way in your car. I'm sure we could fix it for you. Mapping depends on the model of ECU.

		Subject: Enging Tuner || New Question Sender's Name: dan Question: Hiya,had my Impreza mapped with you today and am well happy with it, pulls so much better and so much better to drive! one thing tho a couple of times under hard acceleration up a hill its got to around 4k and has almost cut out suddenly,but doesnt do it if you dont accelerate so hard?? any ideas?? Answer: It's possibly just going into boost cut, it's a setting that Martyn would keep in there to prevent an overboost problem if you had for example, a split pipe connection to the wastegate. Pop it in any time, and Martyn will tweak it, no charge.
