Having moved to new premises. We now have an even better engineering facility, with the latest Comec head surfacing equipment, giving superb surface finishes for the newest metal head gasket systems.

We have a clean room engine building facility, and the knowledge to ensure a quality rebuild of complete engines or cylinder heads.

We have a first class engineering and engine building facility, with Andrew Bates, an expert of over 20 years experience. We can rebore blocks and grind cranks, pressure test and surface heads, cut valves and seats and reguide using the Cosibro system. We have a top grade engine balancer, and carry out full balancing to race spec. We use a Guyson bead blaster, and hot chemical cleaning systems.

We will happily carry out work for private and trade customers.

We are the only business in the South West of England with the facilities to remove an engine, fully rebuild it, replace the new unit, and tune it, all in house.

Alan and Andrew have a large store of knowledge of classic and sports cars, and we will undertake engine rebuilding of cars from the early fifties on, to the highest standards.
