Graham Myers, driving his Enginetuner backed Sapphire, set a new series lap record in testing at Castle Combe, giving notice of intent to the rest of the field in the pre'93 Classic Touring Car series. Despite the restricted turbo, Graham lapped Combe only just shy of the lap times set by unrestricted Evos! The engine was built and specced by Enginetuner, and set up using Gems management by Martyn.
